Each day has one simple self-care prompt. When that day comes, do the prompt in the calendar box and check it off when you’re done. That’s it. No overthinking, no trying to “make up” missed days. We’re keeping this gentle.

Some prompts will feel easy. Some might make you roll your eyes a little. That’s okay. The goal is simply to create small pockets of care in your day.

When you reach Day 30, head to the second page of the PDF and fill out the reflection section. Take a minute to write down what you noticed, what helped, and how you felt along the way.
