Step 1: Clean One Tiny Thing

Not the whole house.
Just your nightstand. Or your bathroom counter.

We are healing, not auditioning for a home makeover show.

Step 2: Upgrade One Daily Habit

Replace:

  • Your chaotic plastic water bottle that hasn't been washed in weeks

    With:

  • A cute anti-bacterial tumbler in stainless steel or glass (we have enough toxicness in our lives, let's just make it easier).

Hydration, but make it aesthetic.

Step 3: Change the Scent of Your Space

Candles > chaos.
A soft vanilla, clean cotton, or lavender moment changes the entire emotional storyline of a room. Stick with ones made from natural, non-toxic, and paraffin-free waxes like beeswax, coconut, or soy, that have unbleached cotton or wooden wicks to ensure clean burning without synthetic fragrances. Don't need anymore toxicity in your life.

Step 4: Touch Grass

Open a window. Sit in sunlight. Get that vitamin D. Take a 10-minute walk while pretending you’re in a coming-of-age montage. Or tend to your indoor plants, they count too.

Step 5: Make Your Bed Like You Respect Yourself

Fluff the pillows. Add a throw.
Suddenly your room says “she has boundaries.”

The truth is:

You don’t need a new life.
You need small upgrades that tell your brain you care.
